  • **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SunTrust Banks' products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options, to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
  • **Feedback and Reporting:** Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to management, contributing to enhanced service delivery and client satisfaction.
