 Providing customers with a range of simple payment options further enhances their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand since they can choose the best method for their preferences and needs
 Delivering on sales expectations, providing exceptional service to customers, and meeting operational requirements are core drivers of business success
 Supports store management in addressing customers' issues courteously and supportively

 To successfully assess customer needs, it is necessary to ask open-ended questions that elicit honest and comprehensive responses
 Manages customers payments
