Responsibilities:  Industry Knowledge: We provide full training!  Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products a plus  Familiarity with various travel services, such as flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and travel insurance a plus
Communication Skills:
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Ability to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members
Customer Service Skills:
 Strong customer service
 Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently

 Attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free bookings
