The 1:1 In-Home Instructor position is designed for dedicated educators who provide personalized, in-person support to students, particularly those with unique learning needs. This role emphasizes a holistic approach to education, focusing on both academic achievement and social-emotional learning. Instructors will work with a 14-year-old student with autism and anxiety, tailoring their teaching methods to meet the student's individual needs and preferences, particularly in science.

Responsibilities
• Provide individualized, one-on-one instruction to a 14-year-old student with autism and anxiety.

• Tailor teaching methods to meet the student's unique learning needs and preferences.

• Collaborate with the student's support team to enhance academic and personal growth.

• Utilize online teaching tools and Zoom for instructional support when necessary.

• Maintain effective communication with the student and their family regarding progress and needs.

Requirements
• Minimum of one year of instructional experience.
