Key Responsibilities
 Develop and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with parents and educational teams.
 Provide tailored virtual lessons through our advanced digital platform, adjusting methods to meet diverse learning needs.
 Monitor and document student progress, both academically and behaviorally, offering necessary support.
 Maintain regular communication with families regarding their child's development and specific requirements.
 Collaborate with general education teachers to promote inclusive educational practices.
 Stay informed on special education compliance and engage in continual professional development.
Required Skills
 Profound knowledge of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
 Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in engaging with families and educational staff.
 Adaptability in teaching approaches to address various learning styles.
 Experience in tracking and reporting on student achievement.
 Understanding of special education laws and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
 A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Special Education or a related discipline.
 A valid Ohio teaching certification with an Intervention Specialist Endorsement.
 Professional liability insurance is required.
 Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in telehealth or educational environments.
