WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative (Remote) working from home, you will:
â¬Ä½ Provide inbound customer support.
â¬Ä½ Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
â¬Ä½ Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address memberâ¬Äºs needs by maintaining a strong customer focus.
â¬Ä½ Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all your available resources to provide the best outcome to the member.
â¬Ä½ Be efficient in navigating multiple systems.
â¬Ä½ Deliver expert customer experiencesâ¬Å¯with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative (Remote) role include:
â¬Ä½ Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
â¬Ä½ Minimum 6 months customer service experience
â¬Ä½ Verifiable High School diploma or GED
â¬Ä½ Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
â¬Ä½ Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
â¬Ä½ Eagerness to learn new technologies
