What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Respond to incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries
• Investigate and resolve member inquiries promptly or escalate as needed
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and departmental procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Strong PC skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous call center experience, especially in the Healthcare industry
• Experience working remotely
• Fluency in Spanish
