• *Virtual Assistant - Digital Product Creation, Email Management, Social Media Graphics, and Admin** • *Location:** Remote • *Hours:** 5-10 hours per week... • *Responsibilities:**

1. **Digital Product Creation:**

• Develop digital product suite, including workbooks, worksheets, or guides for UGC creators.

• Ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligns with business goals.

2. **Email Management and Automations:**

• Set up and manage email platform (e.g., Convert Kit) for efficient communication.

• Create and automate email sequences for outreach and client follow-ups.

3. **Social Media Graphics:**

• Design visually appealing graphics for social media platforms (e.g., Canva).

• Ensure graphics are on-brand, engaging, and optimized for each platform.

4. **Admin Tasks:**

• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, research, and data entry.

• Maintain organized digital files and documentation.
• *Requirements:**

• Proven experience in digital product creation and graphic design.

• Familiarity with email platforms and automation tools.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Zoho Mail, and Google Drive.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• *Preferred but Not Required:**

• Experience in content creation or digital marketing.
