Business Development Representative
- Conduct telemarketing and warm calling to generate new business leads
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for business growth
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize Indeed and other hiring platforms to maintain staffing for current requirements and growth potential. Skills:
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
- Technical sales knowledge, particularly in the staffing industry, is a plus
- Proficiency in using G-Suite and Indeed for Hiring
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required Perks:
