Key Responsibilities: • Ticketing and Booking Management: • Assist clients in booking airline tickets, event tickets, and other travel-related reservations • Utilize ticketing systems to confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as needed • Provide accurate information on ticket policies, pricing, and availability • Customer Support: • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clients receive outstanding service • Offer tailored solutions and alternatives based on client preferences and budgets • Handle ticketing issues such as refunds, exchanges, and travel disruptions efficiently • Collaboration and Problem Solving: • Coordinate with airlines, event organizers, or travel partners to resolve booking issues • Work closely with the team to ensure client satisfaction and seamless booking experiences
