What You Will Be Doing: You’ll engage with customers directly via live chat on websites and social media platforms... addressing their questions, resolving any issues, and providing information about products and services. This includes everything from answering basic inquiries to helping with orders and processing returns.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Skills/Background Needed:

Must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
Strong ability to follow instructions and company policies.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Location:

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates worldwide, with a preference for those in the United States.
