Job Description...

As a Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through live chat on our website. You’ll become the friendly voice behind the screen, helping customers with their inquiries about our products and services.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via live chat to provide prompt and accurate responses to their queries. Use provided resources, including common questions and answers, to offer top-notch support. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while assisting customers. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Attend training sessions to continually improve your skills and product knowledge. Requirements:
