Ekcel is a company focused on providing innovative services and solutions in the Telecom, IT, and Networking industry. They are seeking a Mid-level Dynamics Developer to be responsible for the development, configuration, integration, administration, and technical support for the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) application.
Responsibilities...
• Experience with MS D365 CE capabilities and architecture
• Participate in the development, configuration and integration of Dynamics 365 mapping business requirements and processes to the CRM solutions.
• Proficient in Plug-In development, Portal development along with Power Platform (Dataverse, flows and PowerApps)
• Administer and maintain the Dynamics 365 solution in production.
• Manage user roles and permissions.
• Ensure application components are in compliance with the enterprise and solution architecture and apply best practices.
• Follow change control procedures and manage the deployment from development to test to production.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues, business subject matter experts and outside vendors on end user issues and new application functionality.
• Adhere to an iterative, agile implementation methodology.
• Complete technical design deliverables and documentation.
• Provide post-production technical support to end users.
• Adhere to organizational policies and values.
• Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

• Familiarity with source code management concepts using Azure DevOps
• Experience with Dynamics creating plug-ins, custom workflow activities, XAML workflows, web services, and the use of the Dynamics 365 SDK Apply Job!
