Qualifications:  * Strong computer skills and proficiency in using virtual communication tools  * Ability to work well with others in a remote team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills  * Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision  * Prior experience in client support or a related field is preferred but not required  * Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive client relationships
Responsibilities and Duties:
 * Calling and receiving calls from clients
 * Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
 * Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call
 * Completing applications for insurance products
 * Attending ongoing, optional training sessions
