Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
 Answer Inbound calls for assistance with bookings from clientÂs travel agent partners.
 Make possible outbound calls to client-designated internal support departments, clientÂs travel agent partners for status and clarification purposes.
 Transfer inbound calls or outbound calls to other client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives.
