Responsibilities
• Implement and optimize site merchandising strategies focusing on conversion and guest engagement.

• Plan and execute brand-building, category-optimized site content in collaboration with category leaders.

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and guest behavior to optimize performance and inform strategies.

• Establish strong relationships across cross-functional teams to advance digital objectives.

Requirements
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience

• 4+ years of e-commerce experience

• Strong technical acumen and creative sensibility

• Understanding of broader e-commerce trends and innovations

• Demonstrated experience in strategic and cross-functional influence, planning and execution

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial and business metrics

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
