Key Responsibilities
• Utilize a consultative sales technique to inform callers about the advantages of early health screenings, focusing on the prevention and detection of chronic health issues.
• Collect relevant health information to accurately assess each caller’s health risks and suggest suitable screening services.
• Assist in scheduling screening appointments and manage payment processes over the phone.
• Recommend additional screening packages tailored to the specific needs of each caller based on health assessments.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets by effectively promoting the right services to individuals.

Required Skills
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment, with a strong emphasis on sales.

Qualifications
