Key Responsibilities

? Handle inbound service calls from fans, delivering information and solutions to inquiries in a professional and engaging manner.
? Address challenging situations with tact and courtesy, ensuring fan satisfaction at all times.
? Complete transactions accurately and resolve any concerns related to fan orders.
? Maintain updated records of orders and interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
? Promote fan engagement through our app, fostering a personalized experience.
