- Read raw ServiceConnect responses and categorize website messages on demand
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have experience in data entry and management
- Proficient in using web search tools to gather information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent written communication skills
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data management software
- Experience in marketing data entry or lead generation roles
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques
