- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications for software development projects
- Create documentation for existing undocumented systems and perform data analysis
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives and developers
- Develop project charters, functional requirements, wireframes, and test plans for quality assurance
- Analyze legacy schema and redesign it for improved systems
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a developer, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst
- Extensive knowledge of SQL and database management
- Proven experience in writing system requirements and technical documentation
- Proficiency in database schema design based on client requirements
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing databases with SQL Server Management Studio or similar IDEs
- Familiarity with data migrations and reporting tools like Crystal Reports or SSRS
- Background in application design and implementation within various phases of the software development lifecycle
