Responsibilities: • Provide basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English • Deliver an exceptional support experience • Interact and communicate effectively with a variety of customers • Provide a memorable and delightful experience

Qualifications: • Fluent in Spanish and English - while this role supports both, most calls are in English • Flexible to needs of business • Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent • 18 years of age

Equipment and Internet Requirements: • You must have the following: • 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch) • Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) • Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up • A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile) • Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment • Desk and an ergonomic chair
