Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent required; associate?s or bachelor?s degree preferred. ? Previous customer service experience is a plus, especially in a call center or healthcare setting. ? Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. ? Basic computer proficiency and internet connection for remote work. ?
