Description:Â Remote Support Representative responsible for assisting clients and ensuring seamless travel experiences.
 Serve as primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
 Assist clients with bookings, changes, and provide information about destinations and services.
 Provide personalized recommendations to enhance travel experiences.
 Liaise with teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
 Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
 Monitor client feedback and satisfaction, implementing strategies for improvement.
 Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support effectiveness.
Requirements: Â Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Â Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Â Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Â Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant... tools.
