Job OverviewWe are on the lookout for a dedicated Bilingual Slovakian-English Customer Support Agent, referred to as a Happiness Officer, to join our team. In this role, you will provide exemplary service through our email and live-chat channels, ensuring customer satisfaction with a friendly and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities
 Deliver exceptional customer service via email and live-chat interactions.
 Regularly translate our product content into Slovakian, utilizing user-friendly tools provided.
 Oversee and moderate translations completed by colleagues to ensure quality and consistency.
 Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Required Skills
 Fluency in both Slovakian and English.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to remain composed under pressure.
 Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and solving their problems.
 Familiarity with translation tools is advantageous.
Qualifications
 Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred.
 Strong language proficiency in Slovakian and English.
