Responsibilities
 Serve as emcee for onboard events and activities
 Facilitate and manage all activities for guests of all ages
 Interact with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
 Perform scheduled meet and greet functions
 Support recreational activities on Disney Castaway Cay
 Conduct required sanitizing procedures as per safety standards
 Assist with dispatch of Port Adventures and ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications
 Minimum of two years experience in hosting, entertainment, or guest services
 Proven ability to engage with diverse audiences
 Willingness to learn dance routines and perform in a club-style setting
Education Requirements
 High School diploma or equivalent preferred
