<p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>Journey Senior Move Managers, LLC is a virtual organization in Hillsboro, Oregon. Journey services are in Retirement Organizations and personal homes. Our trained professionals provide support every step of the way to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>This is a part-time remote role for an Organizer/Packer at Journey Senior Move Managers. Applicant needs to be able to commit to three days per week, leaving 4 days of personal life balance time. The Organizer/Packer will be responsible for packing and organizing items and supporting seniors and their families during the relocation process. It is important to be a team player all jobs include a Team Lead and 2-4 organize/packer team-mates.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Training</strong></p><p>Journey Owner and Lead Team members will train off-side on Journey Culture, Packing Science, and Moving Trends of Seniors. Initial packing training before being sent on a job. Monthly training will be in person, by phone, and Zoom conferencing.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Organizing, Packing, and Logistics coordination skills</li><li>Experience working with seniors or in a caregiving role</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and remotely</li><li>Attention to detail and empathy for the needs of seniors</li><li>Experience in the moving or relocation industry is a plus</li><li>Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li></ul>
