- Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to collect outstanding damage claims
- Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions
- Collaborate with other team members
- Meet and exceed collection targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant collections, claims, car rental and/or subrogation experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.)
- Computer savvy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter

This is a REMOTE position, must have a secure and distraction free environment.Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
