Department: Compliance & Regulatory Operations
Reports to: Regulatory Operations Manager
Salary: Up to $75,000 annually, plus generous benefits including a pension plan
Location: Mostly remote, with occasional on-site meetings in NYC
Are you passionate about regulatory excellence and health plan compliance? Do you thrive in a detail-oriented, collaborative environment? We’re seeking a Materials Reviewer to join our Compliance team and support the regulatory review and oversight of all marketing and member-facing materials for Medicare and Integrated health products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze Medicare and MAP marketing materials—including flyers, brochures, texts, and formal notices—for compliance with CMS guidelines
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity of all beneficiary- and provider-facing communications
  • Coordinate submissions and approvals via the Health Plan Management System (HPMS)
  • Stay current with CMS regulations and serve as a resource for internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to support material development, especially during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
  • Maintain comprehensive records of materials, inquiries, and approvals in SharePoint
  • Assign and track final material codes, ensuring CMS and internal compliance
  • Provide input and support on additional compliance-related projects as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years in managed care, with a focus on Medicare and/or integrated products
  • Strong knowledge of CMS marketing regulations and submission processes
  • Experience reviewing and preparing CMS marketing materials
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
