The Assistant to the Nurse Manager provides secretarial support to the Nurse Manager. Supports and facilitates smooth functioning and efficiency of the clinical department.QualificationsResponsibilities:
Education Required

• Must complete in-house orientation program
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to read and write well enough to draft, edit, type and proofread correspondences, reports, forms, etc.

Experience And Skills

• Speaks, reads and writes English
• Ability to function independently.
• Written and oral communication skills, telephone and interpersonal skills, organizational abilities.
• Ability to operate the following equipment: Computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photocopy Machine, Fax Machine, Telephone.
• Other Standard Office Equipment, i.e. scanner, laminator, and label maker.
