What You Will Do:

? Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas for new content and initiatives aimed at increasing viewer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements: ? Strong understanding of YouTube?s community guidelines and content policies. ? Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with users in a positive and professional manner. ? Experience in content moderation or community management preferred. ? Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment. ? Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. ?
