What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide HRIS support for system issues, technical troubleshooting, and data cleanup initiatives
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams on system enhancements, process improvements, and data governance
• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, ensuring quarterly updates and data accuracy
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR systems and processes
• Provide ad hoc HR analysis and reporting support using Power BI, DAX, and SQL

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, including HRIS support
• Minimum 2 years of experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred; Workday a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development
• Proficiency in DAX for creating calculated columns, measures, and KPIs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
