Remote Live Chat Operators Immediate Start (Full-Time)
Are you searching for a full-time role where you can provide exceptional customer support without leaving your home? We are looking for motivated individuals to become Live Chat Operators. This position involves assisting customers with product selection, identification, and troubleshooting through various digital communication channels like email, live chat, and message boards.
What You Will Be... Doing:
Log into our clients chat systems to interact directly with web customers.
Provide prompt responses to inquiries and offer assistance with products and services.
Receive full training on the systems and common queries you might face during shifts.
Work under the guidance of a chat supervisor who will support you with any complex customer issues.
Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
Must have a device (Phone, Tablet, Laptop) that can access social media and website chat functions.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely.
Minimum availability of 5 hours per week.
Reliable internet connection is essential.
Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours.
