Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Our office is located in San Marcos. Our office is open Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00. We have 35 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
