We are looking to expand our team for sourcing US based on site needs for LTTS for various technical roles in engineering and technology, including Electrical Engineers, Automotive Design Engineers, Process Engineers, and more.

Skills:

Experience in sourcing candidates in Engineering in sector in USA

Experience in working with requirements LTTS

Experience in Job Diva would be a great plus

Responsibilities:

• Assume a lead role in ensuring a positive recruiting experience for Engineering Services candidates.

• Lead both external and internal Engineering Services hiring efforts by developing and deploying aggressive recruitment strategies.

• Oversee the process of screening and interviewing of candidates to ensure best practice and alignment with human resource standard process.

• Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape/industry trends for Engineering talent, as well as market indicators which affect the recruitment of top talent; recommend actions needed and respond accordingly.

• Develop and oversee innovative, individualized sourcing methods and strategies with a focus on developing a pipeline of high quality candidates.

• Identify strategic recruiting sources for Engineering Services by targeting online employment databases, industry connections, colleges and university programs that best align with our career opportunities.

• Serve as back-up for background check, employment references, transcripts, etc. to gain adequate information on which to base a selection decision

• Ensure relevant pre-employment testing is conducted in accordance with Company policy

• Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting in an Automobile Industry based Engineering candidate pool is important

• Highly effective relationship building skills at all levels of the organization

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, ATS like Job Diva
