This entry-level, part-time position is perfect for those starting out or looking to transition into the digital communication field. You will provide customer support, offer sales links, and manage discounts, all while working from the comfort of your home.
As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesss website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
