Key Responsibilities
• Schedule Initial Meetings: Secure and coordinate introductory meetings with senior executives on behalf of our clients.
• Engage Prospects: Effectively communicate value propositions through phone, email, and voicemail to elevate meeting chances.
• Monitor and Enhance: Keep precise CRM records, analyze performance data, and develop strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate: Partner with the research team to refine prospect lists ensuring effective outreach.
• Deliver Excellence: Confirm meetings, generate comprehensive reports, and provide consultative sales guidance to clients.
• Learn and Adapt: Grasp complex client offerings to prepare for prospect meetings and participate in virtual internal and client discussions.

Required Skills
• Proven Experience: 10+ years of demonstrated success in securing meetings with executive-level prospects (C-level, SVP, VP, Director).
• Sales Acumen: Aptitude for rapidly building rapport and engaging prospects in substantive dialogue.
• Technologically Proficient: Skilled in utilizing CRM tools, MS Office, and videoconferencing platforms, including Zoom.
• Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, systematic, and disciplined with exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Additional Requirements: Access to a reliable computer (PC or Mac) and stable Wi-Fi. Successful completion of a Salesforce aptitude test and role play during the interview process.
