    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide first-tier customer service support for inbound calls, addressing client needs and complaints
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, ensuring they feel supported and valued
  • Engage in active listening, confirming or clarifying information and identifying customer needs
  • Resolve billing or shipment issues while updating customer records accurately
  • Collaborate with other departments to creatively resolve customer problems
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary clinic or animal-related call center
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with business applications, including Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and multitask efficiently
  • Good verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Previous remote work experience
