Commission: $25 (per medical policy written)

3 Different Shifts To Choose From:
* 10:15 am 7 pm (EST)
11:15 am 8 pm (EST)
2:15 pm 11 pm (EST)
Training Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm EST (3 weeks) and (1 week of nesting during your regular shift) Must be on camera during training.
Responsibilities: Make outbound calls using an automatic dialer Manage approximately 150-200 calls a day Leave many voicemails Must maintain a conversion rate of 20-35% based on the amount of calls you make. Must have 2 years of Medicare Sales experience Not for profit so mainly serving low income, elderly, veterans - empathetic
Required Must Haves:
Must be an Active Licensed Healthcare Agent (Within the state you reside in)
Previous High Sales driven and performance driven environment experience
Looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with the company

Equipment will be shipped out and should be received a week prior to starting (Laptop, monitor, 2 headsets, and mouse
