What You Will Be Doing: As a Remote Chat Operator... your... primary duties will include:

Responding to live chat messages from customers on a business?s website.
Assisting customers with inquiries such as shipping rates, return policies, and product availability.
Managing multiple conversations efficiently without compromising on service quality.
Logging in and out according to your chosen hours and ensuring all customer interactions are resolved by the end of your shift.
Contract Length:

No fixed term, offering you flexibility in your commitment.
Rate:

$35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:

Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
Availability to work at least 10 hours per week.
A reliable internet connection to ensure seamless interaction with customers.
