What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Monitor electronic referral systems to accept or decline referrals based on leadership guidance
• Develop connections with discharge planners to drive additional referrals using inside sales tactics
• Collaborate with location leadership and outside sales teams to optimize referral flow
• Gather and send referral information to the intake team for processing
• Participate in sales blitz campaigns and provide after-hours support as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of inside sales or online customer service experience
• Must have a mobile phone, reliable high-speed internet, and sufficient workspace for multiple monitors if working remotely
• Willingness to participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations
• Residency in a state where the employer currently operates

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Familiarity with healthcare referral processes and patient care environments
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of social selling techniques, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn
