Requirements: • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. • Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately input and retrieve information from computer systems. • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work. • Must be located in the United States and authorized to work in the country.
