What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Respond to customer calls in a customer contact center setting
• Research and interpret company procedures to assist pharmacy customers
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer concerns
• Process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters
• Uphold customer service goals of responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based applications and MS Office
• Flexibility in work schedule and completion of paid training program
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Prior inbound Call Center experience
• Previous experience working from home a plus
• Prior retail or Pharmacy experience
