Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues with a friendly and customer-centric approach. Order Processing: Assist customers with product orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processing of transactions. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns, collaborating with various departments to provide effective solutions. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Colvos Construction's services and offerings to provide customers with accurate information and promote additional services.
