Responsibilities: • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues with a friendly and customer-centric approach. • Order Processing: Assist customers with product orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processing of transactions. • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns, collaborating with various departments to provide effective solutions. • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Colvos Construction's services and offerings to provide customers with accurate information and promote additional services. • Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication. • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
