- Supervise playtime, mealtime, and bedtime routines, ensuring children's needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and any significant events throughout the day.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and responsibly, seeking immediate assistance when necessary.
- Encourage positive behavior and enforce discipline with kindness and understanding.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, tidying up after activities and ensuring a safe play area.
- Be punctual and reliable, arriving on time for scheduled shifts and demonstrating professionalism at all times.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in childcare or babysitting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and other team members.
- Patience and understanding to deal with varying personalities and behaviors of children.
- Responsible and trustworthy nature, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
